Description
Diazo Sensitizer is a light-sensitive powder designed to activate dual-core and diazo-based photopolymer emulsions used in screen printing. Upon mixing with the emulsion, it initiates crosslinking under UV exposure, allowing stencil hardening and image formation.
Mixing Instructions
- Add water to fill line and shake thoroughly.
- Stir or shake vigorously until completely dissolved.
- Add the diazo solution to the emulsion and stir gently until uniform.
- Allow the emulsion to stand (2-4 hours) to de-bubble before use.
Do not mix diazo powder directly into emulsion without dissolving first.
Application Guidelines
- Handle and coat screens in a light-safe (yellow) environment.
- Use distilled water only to prevent contamination or shortened shelf life.
- Adjust exposure time depending on mesh, coating, and UV light source
