Description
ZERO - PVC FREE Barrier Base is a unique Low Temperature Cure underbase dye blocker for plastisol ink. This ink is specially formulated to stop dye migration when used as an underbase under normal printing conditions. The L.T.C. Barrier Base is grey in color and can be used as an under-base for white or color inks. Grey blocker base is especially useful for printing on highly bleed-prone materials. It can be used to print on blends such as 50% cotton / 50% polyester, polyester tri-blended textiles, and 100% polyester.

Curing Temperature: ZERO inks cure at standard plastisol ink temperatures at around 270°F - 330°F (132°C - 165°C).
