Description
IW-109 is a water soluble ink degradent. It is highly effective on plastisol ink, multi-purpose (solvent-based), poster, UV ink, and vinyl screen printing inks. It is designed to perform multiple jobs such as ink wash-out at the sink and a re-circulating screen wash. IW-109 will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print. This makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. IW-109 can be used in a wide variety of innovative cleaning processes ranging from re-circulation machines, screen printing dip tanks, immersion cleaning processes, and automatic reclaiming machines. It can also be applied manually with a scrub pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump systems.
