Sludge Pump
Chemical Consultants, Inc. Sludge Pump Filtering System is used to recirculate chemicals through 3- 20” cartridge filters and remove sludge & solids from the chemical. The system uses less than 45 PSI of air and connects directly to the holding tank of CCI’s 426, 626, and 726 Screen Cleaning Machines. This system is a closed loop system pulling chemicals through the cartridge filters and delivering the chemical back to the holding tank. Once the cartridge filters are filled with sludge and solids they can be dried and disposed of in an approved trash bin. The unit is utilized twice daily or twice each shift during the non-operation of the cleaning unit. I.e. (breaks, lunch, shift changes). This unit reduces the need for cleaning sludge as often and reduces cost by extending the life of the chemical. It can also be utilized to fill empty machines greatly reducing the cost of sludge removal.
