Description
IW-18 is a water soluble ink degradent. It is highly effective on plastisol inks, water-based inks, multi-purpose (solvent-based), poster, UV inks, and vinyl screen printing inks. IW-18 will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print. This makes it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. IW-18 can be used in a wide variety of innovative cleaning processes ranging from re-circulation machines, dip tanks, immersion cleaning processes, and automatic reclaiming machines. It can also be applied manually with a scrub pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump systems. IW-18 is an excellent plastisol ink haze (ghost) remover. It is non-hazardous (non-corrosive) and aggressively removes image stains from the mesh.
