V2536 Vertical LED Exposure Unit
Chemical Consultants Inc. LED-EXP Unit is designed for Direct-To-Screen imaging. The LED-EXP’s stainless steel construction is built for the production shop setting. It will drastically increase production output for screen making while saving space and energy costs. The LED-EXP will also save in bulb usage and costs over metal-halide bulbs which are costly and constantly need to be replaced. Unlike metal halide bulbs, LEDs do not require a light integrator. LEDs do not use power and waste money while they sit idle like metal-halide bulbs. The LED-EXP will cut your exposure times by more than 70%. The light bank of 5200+ LEDs gives you more high UVA wave length energy output than any unit on the market. CCI is the first to offer LED exposure in vertical format for better ergonomics and a space saving footprint. The LED-EXP’s PLC controlled touch screen gives you complete control. Presets can be used for every mesh count and every coating used. Simply select the mesh count and hit the start button.
