ChemCon 100 is a low viscosity instant adhesive designed for bonding most types of substrates. The low viscocity allows rapid penetration between bond lines and consequent rapid curing. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry.
ChemCon adhesives are designed for bonding most types of substrates instantly. They are ideal for bonding fabric (mesh) to wood or aluminum frames. The low to medium viscosities allow full penetration between bond lines and promote rapid curing. ChemCon adhesives are a 1 part system: they do not require the addition of a catalyst. ChemCon adhesive’s bond is initiated on contact, which dramatically increases output in the screen restretch department. The use of an instant adhesive hardener will instantly cure and bond surfaces together. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry.
